Probably more than you want to know about recent polling

The Kerry Spot comments on a Powerline post concerning the recent changes in poll sampling. The upshot: there are probably 101 reasons for changes in poll numbers, reasons which are independent of the voter "mood" the polls try to convey.

However, I do know there are a lot of polls, seeing as how I have now been polled 3 times in the last month. That's 300% more then I've ever been polled in my entire life. (Ignoring of course the pesky mathematical fact that 3 is not truly 300% more than ZERO :)
